By using a hand towel and holding it in front of your chest with both arms outstretched while standing with the feet shoulder-width apart, all you have to do is pull on both sides of the towel at the same time. You have to feel how you contract the chest muscles in short bursts. Maintain the towel taut and keep pulling it in a pulsing motion for a couple of minutes and repeat this exercise a few times per day and within weeks your bosom will be firmer and perkier.

The lack of exercise is often linked to unhealthy bodies and saggy breasts. Arm circles and swinging arms in sets and repeating for a few times per day will help toning the muscles beneath the breast. They do not require much time and effort and you can watch your favorite TV show while having your routine.
